2027 Terms of Call
Report annual or initial pastoral compensation, benefits, professional expenses, leave, and approvals. 2026 values are carried forward for review and can be edited for 2027.

The MVP working folder contains useful source material, but every document must have a confirmed owner and review date before it is labeled current.
Bylaws
The May 2024 bylaws are the newest identified copy. Confirm with the Stated Clerk, then publish one official copy with its approval history.
Standing Rules
The available copy was approved in April 2016. Compare it with the current bylaws and later presbytery actions before publication.
Sexual Misconduct Policy
Retain as a high-priority policy, verify adoption and revision history, and separate public reporting guidance from confidential response records.
Standards of Ethical Conduct
The stored publication was approved in 1998 and printed in 2004. Link to the current PC(USA) source instead of maintaining an aging duplicate.
Ordination and Installation
The outline remains useful, but its former address and constitutional citations require review. Rebuild it as a readable checklist with a printable order-of-service template.
Sabbatical Guidance
The guidelines date to 2010 and the companion resource list to 2007. Preserve their intent, verify current policy, and replace dead links and outdated program details.
