  • Proposed changes for 2027, including expenses and leave.

Return your completed form

Complete the required signatures, then mail the form to Alison Blondheim, Stated Clerk, Muskingum Valley Presbytery, PO Box 1479, Ashland, OH 44805, or email a signed scan or PDF to alison@mvpresby.org. Keep a copy for the church and minister.

Timing and review status

The working target is November 15, 2026. Final opening, closing, timezone, and publication approval remain under review.
